Getting copy of return filed on TSC-IND
  Question

Q. How can I get a copy of my return after I’ve filed using the TSC-IND?

  Answer

A. You are encouraged to print a copy of the return at the end of your filing. If you forget to print your return, you can login to the TSC-IND and choose the View Return link on the main menu.  Use the print function from your browser to print a copy.

If you want a copy of a return that is not available through your account in the TSC, you are required to complete and mail in Form LGL-002, Request for Disclosure of Tax Return or Tax Return Information. Download Form LGL-002 and mail it to the address on the form.  Allow approximately 3-6 weeks to receive a copy of your return.
