My refund was issued but I have not received it.

Q. My Connecticut income tax refund was issued, but I have not received it.

A. If you were expecting a direct deposit of your refund, check your bank statement or call your bank before contacting DRS. If you do need to contact DRS, have your bank account number and your bank’s routing number available when you call.  If a check was issued but you did not receive it and more than 10 days has elapsed since the process date, submit CT-3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
