Do I need another permit if I set up a booth at a flea market?
  Question

Q. I currently have a sales tax permit for my business.  If I want to sell goods at a booth at a crafts fair.  Do I need a second sales tax permit?

  Answer

A. A sales tax permit is only valid at one location. You cannot operate from two locations simultaneously with one permit. However, you may use your current sales tax permit to make sales from the booth at the fair as long as you do not transact business from any other location at the same time. Otherwise, you will need a second permit
