Q. How do I use the Taxpayer Answer Center to answer my question?

A. You can search the Taxpayer Answer Center knowledge base for answers by using drop-down menus and search text. Use the drop down menu to select a category and subcategory to view all questions on your topic or type in a word or phrase in the "Search Text" box and hit the Search button.  You can view a list of answers, sort answers, and page up or down. Click to sort a column in descending order or to sort the column in ascending order. To view answer details, click the summary link. 

When you finish viewing an answer, use the Back Button on your browser to return to the Taxpayer Answer Center Main Search page. Click "Home" on the Banner at the top of the page return to the DRS Homepage.
